Kanye West is selling his enormous Wyoming ranch for $11 million, which may be a huge loss.

Kanye West has decided to sell his property in Cody, Wyoming.

The 44-year-old Yeezy designer has put the house on the market for $11 million.

The 4,000-acre property, which is just 52 miles from Yellowstone National Park, offers breathtaking views of the neighboring Rocky Mountains. According to TMZ, the rapper paid $14 million for the large plot of property.

The property was formerly known as “Monster Lake Ranch,” according to a source at the time. West dubbed the property West Lake Ranch after he took control, but he also referred to it as “Yeezy campus.”

This isn’t the only Wyoming property owned by the Donda rapper. He bought a second ranch in Greybull for the same amount three months after buying the one in Cody.

The rapper and fashion designer disclosed some of his ideas for the two mystery homes in a feature for GQ‘s May 2020 cover.

West claimed he had started excavating for a project “the size of a spacecraft” on one side of the 4,000-acre site near Cody.

He also mentioned building “dome houses” to attract visitors to the ranch and host performances by his Sunday Service Choir.

West stated at the time, “We see 100,000 kids singing these songs.” “A circular amphitheater with a capacity of 100,000 people.”

West recruited the assistance of several well-known architects for the project, including Belgian interior designer Axel Vervoordt, who also worked on the Hidden Hills, California, a house he lives in with his estranged wife Kim Kardashian West.

West had built a music studio above the “eating cabin” and imported a collection of vehicles to the property, including Ford F-150 Raptor pickup trucks, ATVs, UTVs, and his “tank,” all painted in matching matte black, before selling the Cody property.

While West is selling one home, he has also just bought another. According to a source, the rapper just purchased a new oceanfront home in Malibu for almost $60 million.
